Haiz... I shouldn't go to school for makeup tutorial today.
I was thinking whether to go or not and in the end i decided to go. Only 13 people attended that makeup tutorial which is less then half of the class. The lesson is damn boring. Answers were already uploaded in CMS and we just went there to upload that answer and read it to the tutor.
Sian.... Wasted my friday afternoon. If not I can play badminton.

I have confidence with my ATTITUDE! Cause it rocks! but the rest I am not so sure.

Back to blogging!
This week, I have received most of papers back. Biz Finance 17/30, EFMA 17/30 and Supply Chain 32/40. Erm... I am pretty happy of my Biz Finance result because this is the module that has the most number of repeat students and I am only targeting for a PASS. For EFMA, I am disappointed with this result. It is badly done. As for Supply Chain, I think I can do better than this because I studied everything, I have read through all the lectures and the paper was pretty easy.
Haiz... I should put in extra effort. But the overall result is kind of "EXPECTED" one.
4 projects to go. Hopefully, I can finish all this projects by next week.

Yes! Today, I went to The Cathay to watch the Kung Fu Panda. It's a hilarious movie. The story line is kind of the expected one but it is still worthwhile watching.
I am going to watch The Incredible Hulk this wednesday. Anyway, it's for free so I didn't expect anything much cause my cousin said this movie is only so-so.
Finally, I got my hair cut. This is the first time I find it so uncomfortable to sit on the chair and let someone to cut my hair. It took me about 45minutes to get my hair cut. Damn long! I am the one at fault because my hair is too long. So bo bian, I cant blame anyone.

People!!! I am being blogged by my friend LI HUI aka HUIHUI!!!! A big thanks to lihui for making me so famous! Erm... I don't mind that you just put my name or my blog link to let the others link to my blog.
Okay! To those who read my blog, I think or assume that you people can understand and accept my broken english or singlish. If you don't like or understand what I am saying, you can leave my blog. Am I right? And are you sure that you have a perfect english? So what if your english is better than mine? Are you better than others in the outside world?
This is my attitude! And I believe that most of my friends love and accept my attitude!
Firstly, Lihui are you sure that I am refering to you? OMG!!! You didn't even ask me who I am refering and you assume that I am refering to you. Please don't think "highly" of yourself! I remember that I didn't really call alot people for the Sakura dinner. Erm... I don't think that I said anything wrong about, "the same old people". This is the fact. Also, those I am refering is those who said that they are going and in the end they didn't turnup. Of course they knew that I am refering to them.
Secondly, you study law? Currently, I am studying business law. Am I right BM? This module teaches us how to handle and make us understand what is the consequences of breaching a contract. The book states that in order to make a contract that must be an agreement between 2 or more parties which is legally enforceable.
Offer and Acceptance - There must be an offer made by one party which is accepted by the other party
Consideration - The agreement must be supported by consideration. This means that there must be an exchange of "something for something".
In short, if I made an offer to you or others but were rejected. There is no offer made which means there is no contract made.... However if the offer is accepted by the other party there is a contract made. An offer may be made orally, in writing or by conduct.
Also, there is a term called the Invitation to Treat. An Invitation to treat is not an offer. It is merely invites others to negotiate or make offers which then may or may not be accepted. An invitation to treat itself cannot be accepted so as to form a binding contract.
An example.
I posted in my blog that those who are interested to join us for the dinner, you can let me know. This is an invitation to treat. There is no contract made.
Erm... maybe this is the law that I know. If got any error please let me know because I am still a newbie in law.
Lastly, I didn't say that organise gathering is something big. I didn't say that I am big. Oh! I am big in size. Anyway, thank you for knowing that organising isn't an easy task. I seriously thinks that you should ask me or tell me what is the problem with my post and not just by posting your blog which I don't even know. I am also shocked that you posted things about me but I think you should ask me who I am refering to first. I am a straight forward person. You can tell me or ask me about the post that I posted earlier. I think that you should make things clear before you say someone.
Don't worry. I am not angry but I am just stating the facts. I seriously think that if you felt offended by my post you should tell me before you blog about me. You are an adult now. I think you should try to sort things out other than posting those things in your blog.

Do you think that sometimes we people take things for granted?
Well, I agree. Perhaps I, myself take things for granted. How about you?
To the 5N's 06, I think most of you take things for granted. Today, we suppose to have a class gathering at Sentosa but in the end only 10 or even less than 10 people wanted to go. This gathering is organised by Amer. He is having his exams next week and this week is his study week. He was suppose to attend school today but since he was the organiser, he went to the polyclinic to take MC. Just for the sake of you guys!
Do you think that organising a class gathering is easy? Have you organised one before?
For so many years, I have organised 10 or even more than 10 class gathering (for 5N's06). I know that this isn't an easy task. However, there were still so many people who don't appreciates this. Perhaps we shouldn't have anymore big gatherings, we should only organise small gatherings for those people who we think that they appreciates it.

Thank to those who went for the dinner yesterday. What I am going to say is, "Ya! the same old people" Haha...
There were 15 people who went yesterday. Astley, Ernest, Pinto, Shi Min, Cai Jun, Alex, Hong Rui, Pearlyn Teo, Charlene, Khalidal, Mandy, Yuan yuan, Pearlyn Tan and Amer. These are those people who are VERY STEADY!!! For those who can't turn up due to work, tests or other things, don't worry. There will be another gathering next Thursday. Amer will be the organiser for that gathering. It will be at Sentosa. Hope to see you guys there.
Anyway, I hope that those who went for the dinner at Sakura enjoy themselves because I enjoy hanging out with you all (the Sick one).
I am back from dinner at Sakura and Tan's home after mahjong.
I have been playing mahjong for 2 days and I am really tired of it. Anyway, I won! Thank to jun hao, Teo and Tan for their "treat" at Sakura. I think only the 3 of them know what I mean.
As for the dinner, well I think it is a great one even though 15 people went. We have a great chat with pinto and khalidal and of course all the "sick" friends.

I am officially free from tests!!!
Damn Damn Damn excited about the 2 week breaks. However, the 2 week breaks isn't break. It is actually 2 weeks of PROJECTS!!! I have 7 modules this semester. Out of the 7 modules I have projects to 7do. Wahaha!!! 7 PROJECTS! "Lucky" 7.
I realised that I didn't really study for my test. Most of my revision, I only flip through the books and well, this method isn't my best method for studying. I forget most of the things that I memorise earlier. I tired to recall what I have studied but it was just blank. I think I need to work extra hard after my term break.
As a reward for my "hard work", I am going to play badminton later!! Woohoo!!! Char, Boon, Bao Sheng and probably Amer will be joining me and Jun Xian. 2 hours of badminton! Cool!!!!
